This hotel is a great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, situated in a lagoon, offers beautiful views from the rooms with extremely spacious balconies. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, including rooms with a big balcony and a delicious breakfast.

The value for money at Park Hotel Residence was outstanding. The room, even though it was small, had a super comfortable double bed and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the center and with a bus stop right outside for exploring nearby areas. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was top-notch, and the internet connection worked perfectly.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

Staff is very nice and the rooms were ok. Breakfast is excellent. Parking is available and free of charge which is always appreciated. There is a small kitchen in the room.

Room are a little bit ... old fashioned

personnnel staff were very friendly, spoke English and explained many details about Orbetello. The beach was lovely with free umbrellas and chairs, and a fair restaurant. The Hotel rents bikes 10 euro per day. Breakfast really nice and fresh.

Receptionist of night shift (Italian man) didn't speak English at all. The seaside is 6 km away from the hotel and the buses go there several times a day

The rooms are surprisingly spacious and some even come with an extremely spacious balcony that offers a view of the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

I was amazed by the incredible price and the design of the rooms. The private terrace with loungers and panoramic views from the roof were stunning. The cleaning service was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the old center.

Good location for touring the Maremma coast and the staff were freindly. Good Wifi in room too.

The breakfast room is not a pleasant space and there is no service - you even have to go to the lady at the the cofffee bar for your drinks yourself.

Our apartment for four was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was a lot better than we expected. We found some nice restaurants and shops in close distance. It took 10 minutes to drive to Parrina (wineyard) and it was worth visiting. It also took only 1 hour to drive to waterfalls of Saturnia. We also visited the beach of Feniglia with the hotels shuttle and the beach is very good with fine (hot!) sand dunes and it´s ideal for kids because the water deepens slowly.

The furniture were not quite to our taste but we basically only slept and ate some snacks in the room so it didn´t matter that much.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and included a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering helpful advice about transportation options. The location was fantastic, situated near a beautiful lagoon and just a short walk from the town center. I particularly loved the spacious rooms with their own balconies, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.

The only minor downside was that the walls of the rooms could have been better insulated against traffic noise, but overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

Efficient Hotel, Worthy of its 3 Star rating , Friendly staff , good buffet breakfast and some nice extra touches like a free bus service to the main beach if needed , which was 3 miles away. It is on a good bus service route from Orbetello Station if travelling by public transport.

We had 4x bicycles with us and they were extremely accommodating - allowed us to lock the bikes securely in the garage. Room was ideal and the breakfast excellent.
